Spring is officially here and in St. Louis we have been having some gorgeous weather. I think we can safely put away the winter wool! We store our off-season clothes in rubber tubs in our basement and I had Eric drag them upstairs last weekend. Still haven't touched them, but at least they are in our bedroom and ready for my attention.

I have pledged to myself that if I add something to my closet, something else has to go, so I scheduled the American Red Cross to stop by my house later this month for a pick up. ReplyDeleteI took my mom (the 70's model on my blog) into Old Navy awhile ago and she thought (before we went in) that it was too young for her. Needless to say she bought a pair of pants!! And is wearing them on the blog today! So it goes to show that anyone can find great things there---just like you pointed out!!

That pop of yellow is my everything! I really love the colour yellow in my wardrobe. Just wearing it makes me feel instantly happy. I have a pair of yellow flats and they make me feel good!

ReplyDeleteI need to go through and get rid of some things in my closet too, but I've been losing weight so it's nice to go out and get some new items. I went to Old Navy this past weekend too - got a few things, including a fun dress!
