I honestly thought about not decorating this year because we won't be having guests, but then I thought again. We enjoy the festive look so out came the red, white and blue! Now for the photo dump ~
One of my very first posts ever to appear on this blog was showing how I made these USA blocks. That was years ago and I'm still pretty proud of the way they turned out. They were super easy to do. You can see just how easy HERE.
What are you thinking out loud about today? Link up and share! I'd love to hear from you.
Thanks so much for hosting! I’m linking up today with WOULD YOU? FUNNIEST OR SMARTEST.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. Love these :) Thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteLovely mantel! Your USA blocks turned out great.
ReplyDeleteGlad you went ahead and decorated for YOU!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a wonderful mantle. Thanks for sharing it with us.
ReplyDeleteYour mantel looks very patriotic and pretty, Penny!
ReplyDeleteI not only like your patriotic mantel but your photographs are lovely, too. I like the effect you used on the first photo. It looks 'tea' washed and like an old painting. Hadn't ever really decorated much for the 4th until this year but with all the troubles in our country, felt like I needed to show a little patriotism.
