Get It There By Christmas

Thanks for popping in Thinking Out Loud Thursday, where I share something that's on my mind and invite you to link up and do the same.

Today I'm thinking about how the holidays are probably looking a little different for many of us.  We won't be delivering our presents in person and will have to rely on shipping them to reach their destinations.

Each year around the end of November I share the shipping deadlines from USPS, Federal Express and UPS with you.  This year I thought I'd do it a little earlier than normal because I'm betting more of us will be needing to know this information.  I'm a huge procrastinator so I might actually tape these dates to my frig as a reminder to get in gear with my holiday shopping and shipping!

  2. We've decided to send gift cards/certificates to everyone this year. That way everyone can buy what they want/need. Some may want to spend it on groceries, new clothes, something for the home. With so many still out of work due to the pandemic (myself included), it is going to be a much different holiday season.

Thank you so much for hosting and I hope you are having a fabulous week!

  5. Oh, dear. I have not given Christmas much thought at all. Other than realizing we won't be able to celebrate with family. Thank you for this gentle reminder about mailing packages so that they arrive on time! Our stores are all closed at the moment so guess I need to settle down and do some online shopping. Have linked up a post with you. Really wanted to do a thoughtful think aloud post but having trouble thinking!! Hopefully next week.
