Thinking Out Loud Thursday - November 5 2020

Welcome to Thinking Out Loud Thursday where I share something I'm thinking out loud about and invite you to link up and do the same.

Hasn't this been a week!  I'm not turning this into a political post by any means, but this whole political cycle has been so ugly.  It makes me sad that we can't disagree on issues without them turning so hateful.  I've seen a few things on Facebook that I totally agree with.  You might have seen them too, but they are worth repeating.

The next few weeks while the recounts are sorted out are going to be trying, but let's try to remember to be kind.  We are blessed to live in a country where we can have different opinions and ideas!  We may need some time to heal, but eventually, we will once again find common ground.

Now it's your turn - what are you thinking out loud about today?  Link up and share!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  2. I so agree with this 100%! My kids are just starting to get into politics and I've heard my oldest say things like "how long do we have to live with the next president? Ugh! 4 years?" And I've tried to reassure him over and over again that at no point in my life has any single presidential election ever had a huge impact on my day to day living. No matter who wins life will go on and we will be OK (as long as the rest of the country doesn't go crazy).

  3. I so agree with you but others don't care, they just want to go crazy. I posted this on FB: I don't care if you are Democrat, Republican or whatever I still love you as long as you treat people kindly."

Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful Thursday.

  4. As a Canadian I agree 100%. I've been shocked seeing businesses board themselves up, and people asking if they have emergency supplies and emergency evacuation plans. I agree that what ever the outcome, the people is what makes the country great and kindness is definitely needed!

Thank you so much for hosting and I hope you enjoy the remainder of your week :)
