Thinking Out Loud Thursday - Spring Cheer Exchange Reveal

Welcome to this week's Thinking Out Loud Thursday!  Thanks for joining me and Vanessa at X-tremely V for this week's linkup.
                                           X-tremely V

I'm leaving on a jet plane today -- headed to Florida with two of my girlfriends.  The three of us are huge
St. Louis Cardinal fans and have wanted to go to spring training for years.  Well, this is our year!  The wait is over and this afternoon we will be Florida bound to see our Redbirds play some ball.  I'm giddy I'm so excited!

So what I'm thinking out loud about today is how very lucky I am to have great friends.  You know how you have friends from all aspects of your life -- well, recently I've added a new category.  My blogger friends.  One thing in the blogger world I truly enjoy participating in are the swaps.  It's such a fun way to get to know other bloggers.  As a matter of fact, that's how I met Vanessa and how we started this link up together.  I had her name to send a Christmas cheer box to back in December.  I started following her blog and now can't wait for her posts to see what she and her family are up to.

Recently I participated in another swap - The Spring Cheer Box Swap hosted by Astleigh at Hill Collection and Rachel at Floral and Fudge.  I sent my package to Cathy of The Queen of Everything.  It was fun reading through her blog and getting to know her.  It was also fun putting together her package!

You all know how much I adore getting packages.  Well, I received my Spring Cheer Exchange from Rose.  She blogs at A Flower A Day (isn't the name of her blog so cute since her name is Rose!).  I must say, she outdid herself putting my package together.

First, look at the cuteness on the outside of the box!  Who wouldn't be excited to see what was inside?!?

Let me show you the goodies she sent me:

If this doesn't make you have a boost of Spring cheer, I don't know what would!  The little bird cage, socks, flower pot, lotion, glass, decorative bag, notebook all topped off with Cadbury eggs definitely made me smile!

You know what one of the things I love about this notebook is?  Rose took the time and effort to get a notebook with my initial on it.  Great touch.

Love the decorative bag!  It's going to be toting my lunch to work.  I'm also going to love drinking out of the thermal glass with bright flowers.  This is most certainly the gift that is going to keep on giving.

If you want to brighten someone's day, put together a little box of Spring Cheer for them.  Rose's package definitely brighten my day!  Just love my new blogger friends!

Now it's your turn -- link up your post below to share what you're thinking out loud about.
