Let's Make Caramel Apple Salad

I'm popping in today to share a recipe with you that I just had to tell you about!  It's been a family favorite ever since my friend, Tammy, gave me the recipe and so, so easy to make.  As an added bonus - it's also low in calories so you don't even have to feel guilty eating it!

Here's What You Need

1 Can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple in Juice
1 Box Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding (4 Serving Size) Dry Mix
4 Cups Chopped Apples (I used 4 Granny Smith apples)
1 - 8 oz Carton of Fat Free Cool Whip

Here's What You Do
Chop your apples.  I'm a big fan of my apple slicer that also cores.  If you're in need of one, click HERE.  Makes the job so much easier!

Next, dump all the ingredients in a bowl and stir it up.  I usually mix it in one bowl and then transfer to my serving dish.  Guess I'm a messing mixer because I always get stuff all over the sides of my bowl and it's prettier when that isn't there!

When all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed up, chill.  That's it!  I told you it was easy.

This delicious mixture tastes so yummy!  It has a distinct taste of caramel with a hint of sweetness.  The apples provide just the right amount of crunch.  You are going to want to try this one!

Hope you enjoy it as much at your house as we do at ours.
P.S. - Don't forget to enter the Mother's Day Giveaway going on right now.  Check it out HERE for your change to win a $125 gift card!

  6. This looks AMAZING! I never make anything for gatherings/barbecues/baby showers, because I never have any idea WHAT to make, or HOW, but even my non-culinary self could do this, I'm sure! Plus, low in calorie? Yes, please! Saving this for later.
