April Amazon Purchases

Welcome to Thinking Out Loud Thursday where each week I ramble on about something I'm thinking about.  Today I'm thinking about the items I purchased from Amazon in April.  These are some of my favorite posts on other people's blogs because I'm always up for seeing what treasures they've found on Amazon.

My shopping, in general, was slowed down considerably in April.  I was working from home and didn't really have a good feeling about the economy.  Staying at home and knowing that I wouldn't be having any parties or guests over, there were few items I felt like we truly "needed".  That being said, the delivery persons still made a decent amount of stops at our house.  Here are some of the items that landed on our doorstep ~

Outside Things
Our front porch was in need of sprucing up so I ordered a few items to help ~

You know how I love pillow covers for the inside of our house.  Well, I decided to do the stay thing for the outside!  Pillows and covers for summer - check.

Our rockers need a bit of a refresh and I knew I didn't want to go to a local store for the paint.  Amazon to the rescue!

We were in need of a new bird feeder and this one did the trick.  While I was working from home, it was wonderful to be able to look out the window and watch the birds enjoying their snack.

Personal Things
Eric was in desperate need of new house slippers.  I thought I could wait and gift him a pair for Father's Day, but his old pair wasn't having that.  He loves the new ones!

This white blouse had been on my wish list for a long time and I decided I needed it for going back to work.  Can you really ever have too many white blouses?  This one is great and it works perfectly under sweaters or jackets.

Every morning after I wash my face, I squirt a little of this in my hands and apply it to my face.  The ingredients are known to plump and firm, boost elasticity and collagen production.  It can't hurt, right?

What a joy it is to step into the closet and breath in the aroma of these sachets!  I mailed one to a few of my friends and got rave reviews from them as well.

Pandemic puzzle number 3 is going to be this 1,500 piece beauty.

Library Additions
It's hard to believe I only purchased one book last month!  But the one I purchased is a great one!

It's also hard to believe that April is over!  I've already started my May collection of Amazon purchases.  Wait until you see some of those!

  1. What would we do without Amazon? Even when there's not a pandemic, our shopping options here in rural Maine are so limited that we depend on Amazon for a lot of things.

  2. I was able to snag toilet paper, softsoap hand soap, protein drinks, scrapbook tape, disinfectant wipes and a Popsicle learning match game for my nieces birthday. I honestly sometimes forget about amazon having just about everything!
