Five on Friday - February 3, 2023

Hello friends!  We've been on vacation all week and I'll be soaking up our last full day in paradise today.  I can't wait to share our trip details with you and I hope to start posting next week.  But for today, here's my Five on Friday ~

1.  Wear Red Day

Today is National Wear Red Day and is an annual campaign to raise awareness about heart disease in women.  Use today to learn more about the risk of heart disease and how to lower the risk.  Did you know that all the following can increase your risk for heart disease?  

Smoking
Sedentary lifestyle
Family history
Diabetes
Stress
Inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn’s
Complications during pregnancy
Menopause

2.  Krispy Kreme Valentine Donuts

Krispy Kreme is doing Valentine's right this year with their heart-shaped donuts with Hershey's chocolate.  There are four flavors:

HERSHEY’S Chocolate Chip Caramel KREME™ Doughnut – an unglazed heart-shaped doughnut filled with KREME™ dipped in HERSHEY’S caramel flavored icing, covered in a semi-sweet chips, heart sprinkles, and HERSHEY’S chocolate icing drizzles.

HERSHEY’S Double Chocolate KISS Doughnut – a heart-shaped doughnut filled with HERSHEY’S milk chocolate filling, dipped in HERSHEY’S chocolate icing, and covered in HERSHEY’S mini milk chocolate KISSES®.

HERSHEY’S Strawberry Dream Doughnut – a heart-shaped doughnut filled with HERSHEY’S strawberry flavored KREME™ dipped in red icing and covered in a white chip and heart sprinkle blend.

3.  80 for Brady

I want to see any movie with Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Sally Field, and Rita Moreno!  80 for Brady opened this week and it looks really cute.  I love that it's based on a true story.  According to Movie Insider, it's "Inspired by the true story of four best friends and New England Patriots fans who take a life-changing trip to the 2017 Super Bowl LI to see their hero Tom Brady play."

4.  Heart Bones

Colleen Hoover's latest book came out this week and I can't wait to read it!  She's really become one of my favorite authors recently.  Here the book summary for Heart Bones ~
