Hey -- just a heads up on something else -- St. Nicholas Day is this Wednesday, December 6. This is when the kiddos sit their shoes out the night before and St. Nicholas puts a little something in them overnight.  (Hint - be ready the evening of Tuesday, December 5.)

Now it's your turn - what's on your mind today?  Link up and share!

  1. This is so helpful! Figuring out when to send everything is a hassle, it's nice to have it all in one place!

  2. I've never done the shoe thing for St. Nick's day - we always had stockings that were filled up! Thanks for sharing all these dates though. :)

  3. This is such fabulous info---thanks for sharing!

  4. This is so helpful, Penny! It can be such a headache trying to ship things around the holidays!

  5. This is such a helpful list! I haven't seen all the different shipping places listed together before! I'll definitely be referencing this one! Thanks!

  6. What a helpful post! I will be checking back often, thank you!

  7. Thanks for the very helpful post.

  8. That's great! Thanks so much for sharing :) Very helpful stuff.

Also my family is German so I grew up with a lot of weird traditions, but I remember speaking with a friend who said that in Mexico they do something similar with shoes outside the door. Apparently my friend's hubby was like, "why are you putting grass in my shoe??" and she yells back, "IT'S FOR THE DONKEYS!" like it was a known thing. Anyway, that story always makes me laugh :)

  9. Omg, you're my savior! I always miss these deadlines... not this year!

  10. Man, oh man. Shipping deadlines. The worst place to be this time of year is any place that's shipping anything. lol

  11. Thanks for the dates. I would like to mention you may have to add for weather and if you are shipping to someone who does not live in a major metro area, it takes a day or so longer. Haralee
